. The role involves ensuring the seamless operation of swimming pools, managing client requests, preparing reports, and offering professional suggestions and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all aspects of swimming pool maintenance across one or multiple sites, ensuring proper water treatment, filtration, dosing, and mechanical operation.
Monitor water quality by conducting regular tests and maintaining proper chemical balance (pH, chlorine, alkalinity).
Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and laborers for day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Manage client requests and complaints professionally, providing timely updates, reports, and expert technical suggestions.
Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports, including chemical logs, equipment status, and incident reports.
Inspect and troubleshoot MEP and civil works related to pool systems (tiles, plumbing, electrical panels, piping, drains, etc.).
Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for equipment servicing, spare parts, and project support.
Plan and implement shutdowns for deep cleaning, repairs, or renovations.
Train and mentor junior staff for technical upskilling and improved service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (mandatory).

+ years of relevant experience
in swimming pool maintenance, including
multi-project handling
.
Strong technical expertise in
MEP systems and civil infrastructure
.
Proven experience in client handling
, including site visits, issue resolution, reporting, and proactive communication.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage labor teams across different locations.
Strong problem-solving and technical reporting abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting tools.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
