We are seeking a vigilant, energetic, and certified

Female Lifeguard

to join the dynamic team at

Leaders Fitness & Leisure Club

. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all members and guests using our pool facilities, enforcing safety protocols, and providing immediate assistance in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise swimmers and pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure safety at all times. Perform rescue operations and provide First Aid or CPR when necessary. Monitor water quality and cleanliness, reporting any maintenance needs to management. Enforce pool rules and safety regulations professionally and respectfully. Ensure all pool equipment is properly used, stored, and maintained. Conduct regular safety checks and drills. Provide excellent customer service and guidance to members, especially children and families. Maintain clear records of pool incidents, maintenance logs, and attendance when required. Support during swim classes or club activities as needed.

Requirements:

Valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross / RLSS / or equivalent) Certification in CPR and First Aid Minimum 1 year of lifeguarding experience preferred Strong swimming skills and physical fitness Excellent observation and communication skills Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergency situations Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Female applicants only (as per operational requirement) Friendly, responsible, and committed to safety Prior experience working with children or in leisure clubs is a plus Multilingual skills are an advantage
