Monitor swimming pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure resident safety.
Enforce pool safety rules and respond promptly to emergencies, including performing CPR and first aid when needed.
Maintain pool cleanliness and water quality (basic maintenance duties).
Inspect poolside equipment regularly and report issues.
Keep the pool area organized, clean, and hazard-free.
Watchman Duties:
Conduct routine patrols around the building, including entrances, common areas, and parking facilities.
Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security concerns.
Control access to the building and verify the identity of visitors.
Report suspicious behavior or safety risks to management immediately.
Provide basic assistance to residents and maintain order in public spaces.
Requirements:
Valid Lifeguard Certificate issued by Dubai Municipality (mandatory).
Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Previous experience in lifeguarding and/or building security is preferred.
Strong observation skills and the ability to stay alert for long periods.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Physically fit, punctual, honest, and reliable.
