We are seeking an experienced

Swimming Pool Engineer

who can also function as a

Project Engineer

, responsible for supervising swimming pool construction works, preparing accurate quotations and estimates, and managing projects from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong

technical, site, and commercial skills

, with hands-on experience in residential swimming pool projects.

Main ResponsibilitiesConstruction Supervision

Supervise all stages of swimming pool construction including

excavation, RC works, waterproofing, piping, tiling, and finishes

Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor site progress, safety, and workmanship

Quoting & Estimation

Prepare

detailed cost estimates and quotations

for swimming pool projects Take off quantities from drawings and site measurements Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Assist in variation pricing and cost control during execution

Project Engineer Responsibilities

Act as

Project Engineer

for assigned projects Plan and track project timelines and deliverables Coordinate with MEP, civil, and structural teams Prepare

daily and weekly progress reports

Support the Project Manager with technical decisions and problem-solving Assist in project handover, testing, and commissioning

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Civil, Mechanical, or MEP Engineering

3-6 years

experience in swimming pool construction (UAE experience preferred) Strong understanding of

pool hydraulics, waterproofing systems, and finishes

Experience in

residential villas and luxury pools

Ability to prepare accurate estimates and manage costs

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical and site coordination skills Good commercial and estimation skills Ability to read and interpret drawings Strong communication and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
