Job Description
A. Pool Cleaning & Hygiene Maintenance
Perform regular cleaning of swimming pools, including brushing, skimming, vacuuming, and debris removal. Clean pool tiles, walls, floors, and surrounding areas.
B. Water Quality & Chemical Treatment
Conduct daily water testing for pH, chlorine, alkalinity, hardness, and TDS levels. Adjust and balance pool chemicals as per public health standards.
C. Equipment Operation & Preventive Maintenance
Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, motors, filters, skimmers, dosing systems, and heaters. Backwash filters and clean strainers regularly.
3. Qualification & Skills Requirements
2-3 years of professional experience in swimming pool cleaning and maintenance. Basic knowledge of pumps, filtration systems, dosing equipment, and water circulation systems. Ability to handle pool chemicals safely (chlorine, acid, algaecides, etc.). Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors. Basic communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability. Certification in pool operation/maintenance (optional but preferred).
