Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE .O- FIVE-519-1400 PLZ WHATS CV N PROTFOLIO Should be able to take approvals from authorities. Must have valid UAE driving license. Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches. Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed. Analyze building specifications, codes, space to create architectural design. Use CAD equipment and conventional drafting station to prepare drawings, charts and records. Develop electrical and structural designs to incorporate into architectural drawings. Prepare BOQ Ability to close designs Supervise and guide draftspersons when needed. Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications. Prepare hand and computer-based design drawings, calculations, presentation using engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion and others. Supporting the Engineering Team on the preparation of shop drawings, design, tender proposal and presentation of high-quality drawings. Project support and coordination for engineering works with PTS site team, client, main contractor and consultant and attending on meetings when required. Perform technical design & planning work for landscaping projects. Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Civil Engineers, Architects and Electrical Engineers, others.
