Job Description

Masterminds, Dubai’s leading early learning center, is looking for a Swimming Teacher to work under a peri contract. Swimming is a core part of the curriculum at Masterminds with all children participating in swimming lessons 2 – 3 times per week. Experience working with young children below 6 years is important for this role.
Our parents refer to us as the “Harvard of Preschools.” Masterminds staff are expected to follow high standards of personal achievement.

Essential Requirements

Spoken and Written Fluency in English
At least 3 years' experience in teaching Swimming
Experience working with young children below 6 years of age
Flexibility to customize the swimming program for students 1 - 6 years
Exceptional relationship and communication skills
Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills
Team working, flexibility and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role
Highly organized
Good problem solving skills
Flexibility and creative thinking

Core Responsibilities

Developing and planning a structured swimming program with clear progression milestones between 1 - 6 years
Conducting small group and individual swimming lessons
Maintain confidentiality with regard to all Centre matters at all times.
