Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group swimming lessons for various skill levels.
Ensure safety and proper supervision during all sessions.
Develop tailored training plans to enhance swimming techniques and confidence.
Promote and sell private lessons, packages, and water-based fitness programs.
Maintain pool hygiene, water quality, and organized equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and track client progress.
Participate in club events and promote swimming programs.
Requirements:
Certified Swimming Instructor with valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate clients and lead group sessions.
Sales-driven and customer-focused approach.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
