. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting swimming lessons for children and adults of all skill levels, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead structured swimming classes for all age groups and levels
Monitor pool safety, applying lifeguard skills when necessary
Provide individual attention and stroke correction where required
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and discipline in the pool area
Respond effectively to emergencies and administer CPR/First Aid if needed
Track and evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of coaching experience
in a similar role
Certified Swimming Instructor and
CPR/First Aid
(up-to-date)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, energetic, and child-friendly approach
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
