Plan, prepare, and deliver structured swimming lessons for students across different grade levels.
Teach swimming techniques, water safety rules, and lifesaving skills in line with international standards.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and reports to parents and the school.
Ensure strict supervision and safety of students at all times during swimming sessions.
Maintain pool safety protocols, including checking water conditions, pool equipment, and emergency procedures.
Work collaboratively with the PE department to integrate swimming into the overall sports curriculum.
Organize and prepare students for swimming competitions, inter-school events, and extracurricular activities.
Promote a positive learning environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and confidence.
Ensure compliance with school policies, health & safety regulations, and Ministry of Education requirements.
