Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Swim Coach to lead and develop our swimming program at The School of Research Science, Dubai. The ideal candidate will inspire students to achieve their personal best, promote a love for swimming, and ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities



Coaching and Training

Plan and conduct engaging swim practices for students of various skill levels. Develop and implement training programs to improve swimmers' techniques and performance. Provide individual feedback and support to swimmers to enhance their skills.

Team Management

Organise and manage swim meets, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants and parents. Foster a positive team culture that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

Safety and Compliance

Ensure all safety protocols are followed during practices and events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of swimming techniques, safety standards, and first aid procedures.

Communication

Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school administration about training schedules, events, and swimmer progress. Organise informational meetings for parents to discuss the swimming program and expectations.

Professional Development

Stay current with developments in swim coaching and education through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Attend coaching clinics and workshops as required.
