experienced Female Swimming Coach

who can inspire, train, and guide members toward improving their swimming skills and overall fitness.

Experience Required:

1-3 years (minimum 1 year coaching preferred)

As a

Female Swimming Coach

at XFit Gym, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality swimming instruction to members of all ages and skill levels. You'll plan and deliver engaging sessions, ensure water safety, and motivate clients to achieve their personal fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct private and group swimming lessons for female members. Develop personalized training plans based on skill level and goals. Teach proper swimming techniques, breathing, and safety awareness. Monitor and assess students' progress and adjust lessons as needed. Ensure pool safety standards are met at all times. Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional environment. Support promotional and member-engagement activities when required.

Qualifications & Skills

? Certified swimming coach or lifeguard qualification (preferred).
? Proven coaching experience (minimum 1 year).
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Passion for fitness, water sports, and helping others achieve results.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
? CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
