We are Looking for experienced Aquatics Coachs with Personal Training experience, to join our Olympic Swimming Unit. You will assist in delivering the Olympic-level Aquatics Coaching which FitRepublik is renowned for, enhancing customer skill and appreciation. Key Responsibilities

You will assist in delivering the Olympic-level Aquatics Coaching which FitRepublik is renowned for, enhancing customer skill and appreciation. Key Responsibilities
- Owns\xe2\x80\x9d the Squads unit, actively representing Fit Republik in this segment of our business
- Coordinate and track registrations for each aquatic squad
- \xe2\x80\x9cOwns\xe2\x80\x9d the social media platform for the Squads
- Maintain squad capacities
- Develop weekly training sessions
- Create monthly cycle programs
- Evaluate squad coaches on a regular basis providing constructive feedback
- Communicate regularly with parents and provide feedback on their child\'s progression
- Manage club administrative requirements and club competition entries
- Attend all club competitions (internal and external)
- Track and organize lesson participant\'s report cards for each term
- Attend weekly meeting with aquatic\'s program staff
- Provide addition unit support as requested
- Deliver and achieve monthly personal training targets
- Ensure all professional certifications are current and up-to-date
- Provide on-going training and development to Squad coaches
- Keeps up to date with developments in Squad as a discipline, ensuring Fit Republik standards are world class
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people in a variety of situations
- Min 2 years hands on coaching experience
- High level of emotional maturity
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Sense of Punctuality
- Ability to use independent judgment when required
- ASCA Level 2 certified or equivalent
