Key Requirements:
Prepare a range of traditional and regional sweets following authentic recipes and quality standards.
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and appearance of all sweet items, including classic milk-based sweets and syrup-infused delicacies.
Manage ingredient inventory, including dairy products, flours, and sweeteners, to maintain freshness.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and storage areas.
Work closely with kitchen staff to meet production and service schedules.
Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sweet Maker in a restaurant, bakery, or hotel kitchen specializing in traditional regional sweets.
Strong knowledge of sweet-making techniques including preparation of milk-based and grain-based desserts.
Ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure.
Basic English communication skills are a plus.
Asian nationality preferred.
Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
