to join the restaurant team of a leading facility management company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience preparing a variety of traditional sweets and desserts. This role demands a passion for authentic confectionery, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of traditional sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Jalebi, Barfi, Ladoo, Kaju Katli, and other milk- and syrup-based desserts.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Prepare sweets in bulk quantities while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure proper storage of materials and finished products.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to support overall restaurant operations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of professional experience making traditional sweets in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of ingredient handling, preparation techniques, and cooking times.
Excellent skills in taste testing, creativity, and maintaining quality.
Ability to follow hygiene protocols and food safety standards.
