AVL Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as SW Developer & Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript, and hands-on experience with ScriptRunner and Jira. The role focuses on customizing and extending Data Center to meet enterprise needs through advanced development, automation, and integration with external systems to improve workflow efficiency across the organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop custom Groovy scripts and JavaScript solutions using ScriptRunner Design and implement seamless REST API integrations between Jira and external platforms Enhance the Jira user interface with custom fields, behaviors, and dynamic configurations Troubleshoot and optimize performance of custom scripts and integrations Maintain technical documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer across teams

YOUR PROFILE:

Solid Java knowledge (Java 8+), with familiarity in Spring Boot and RESTful development Basic experience in SQL databases; NoSQL is a plus Exposure to front-end technologies (React.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript) Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript, with experience in ScriptRunner and Jira administration Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocol, and Git version control Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Interest in automation, Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence), and continuous improvement Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, Docker, and build tools like Maven or Gradle A good grasp of clean code principles, testing practices, and agile workflows Fluency in English is required - Versatile profile ready to work on various projects
