Role Overview

This is one of two core expert positions in our UAE office (together with the Project Manager).

The Sustainability manager is responsible for sustainability reporting, audits, and environmental certifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver audits, ESG assessments, and sustainability reports.

- Support clients in achieving ISO 14001, all range of other ISO , Estidama, LEED, Net Zero frameworks.

- Perform site inspections and data collection in factories and construction areas.

- Work with PM/ Ai integrator to integrate ESG data into AI dashboards and automated reports.

- Present reports and findings to clients, Free Zones, and stakeholders.

Requirements

- 3-5 years in ESG / Sustainability / Environmental Engineering.

- Experience with construction or industrial projects preferred.

- Knowledge of ISO, LEED, Estidama, GRI certifications.

- Strong communication skills with site engineers and corporate managers.

- Fluent Arabic + English.

- Own car preferable for office commute.

- No personal car required for meetings or inspections.

- Company transport provided: ( candidates are preferable living in Ajman, Sharjah.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
