Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a motivated Sustainability Executive to support the Group's ESG and sustainability strategy, Dare Today, Change Tomorrow. Based in Dubai, this role assists in implementing environmental, social, and governance initiatives across the organization while ensuring compliance with sustainability reporting frameworks and certification standards. The successful candidate will contribute to projects that promote energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and social impact, helping to advance Majid Al Futtaim's leadership in sustainable development across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President of Sustainability and Technical Services in implementing group-wide ESG and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report sustainability performance metrics, including energy consumption, emissions, and waste management.
• Assist in preparing internal and external ESG and sustainability reports, including the annual sustainability report and award submissions.
• Contribute to achieving green building certifications such as LEED and WELL by supporting project documentation and coordination.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to identify sustainability best practices and align with industry standards.
• Collect and analyze sustainability data, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of KPIs across departments.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to advance sustainability goals.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related functions within corporate or consultancy environments.
• Foundational understanding of sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and green building practices.
• LEED, WELL, or equivalent sustainability certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about sustainability and proactive in driving meaningful environmental and social impact initiatives.
