Role Overview
We're looking for a talented and passionate
Sushi Chef
to lead our kitchen operations. You'll be responsible for crafting high-quality sushi, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring every dish meets our standards for taste, presentation, and speed. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well under pressure, and wants to grow with a fast-rising brand.
Responsibilities
Daily prep of ingredients and kitchen setup
Handle and manage the team
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Support inventory management and kitchen organization
Follow recipe and quality standards consistently
Requirements
1+ years kitchen and food-handling experience preferred
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Committed to quality and cleanliness
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
Basic English communication skills
