Employer: luxury fine-dinnig restaurant Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract: 12-24 months Joining date: within one month (once documents are ready) Working hours: 6 days weekly, 9-10 hours per day including 1 hour break
Position: Sushi Chef Salary: 3000-3500 SAR

Requirements: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a reputable restaurant, preferably with expertise in Nikkei cuisine. - In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, knife skills, and sushi presentation - Strong understanding of raw fish and seafood handling, ensuring freshness and quality - Familiarity with traditional and contemporary sushi ingredients and flavor profiles. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and pay attention to details - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff - Passion for Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions, with a dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
