The Sushi Chef will be responsible for menu execution, food safety, and ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of sushi including nigiri, sashimi, maki, uramaki, and specialty rolls with precision and creativity.
Ensure all sushi and ingredients meet high-quality standards and food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory and place orders for fish, vegetables, and other necessary ingredients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of sushi types, techniques, and safe handling of raw fish.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
