Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
Manage inventory of sushi ingredients and assist with ordering supplies
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
Provide excellent customer service and communicate with guests when needed
Continuously develop new menu items or improve existing offerings
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Sushi Chef
Excellent knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Creativity and passion for high-quality presentation
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
