Job Description

Job Title: Sushi Commis Chef



We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sushi Commis Chef to join our dynamic

kitchen team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn the art of sushi

preparation and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience. You'll work

closely with senior chefs to master techniques, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure

consistent quality in every dish.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the preparation of sushi items including nigiri, maki, sashimi, and specialty

rolls

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of sushi station and tools

Ensure freshness and proper storage of fish and other ingredients

Support sushi chef in rolling, plating, and presenting sushi dishes

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Participate in daily prep work and inventory checks

Uphold presentation standards and portion control

Requirements



Previous kitchen experience /

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
