Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern sushi techniques
Skilled in preparing various types of sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and maki
Excellent knife skills and food presentation
Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of food safety standards
