Job Description

- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in Sushi making and other cuisines
- Previous experience from a high-end restaurant or hotel is required
- Experienced in people management
- Skilled in menu development, costing, and menu engineering
- Must have worked at least 1 year in present company, if based in Qatar
- With ready NOC or can get an NOC from current or previous employer, or company stamped resignation letter, if based in Qatar
- Visa /sponsorship must be transferable (No freelance)
- Knowledge in HACCP Food Safety standards is a must
