About Us: Capital Motion Restaurant Management is an Abu Dhabi based hospitality development and management company. Our portfolio includes 11 restaurants with the first of a series of franchise cafes, all of them located in the most desired areas of Abu Dhabi. Each restaurant features a unique ambiance, cuisine, and superior service. Position: Sushi Chef Responsibilities:
- Preparing raw fish in an appropriate manner
- Slicing ingredients into perfect strips
- Making sushi rice with perfect form and consistency
- Managing storage of fruits, vegetables, and meat such as crab, eel, salmon, and tuna
- Monitoring inventory of supplies
- Handling restocking of ingredients
- Ensuring adherence to highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
