This position supports the growth of the landlord leasing business within Transactional Services. The role involves assisting in securing tenants for commercial properties (with a focus on Offices), supporting lease negotiations, and helping ensure a strong occupancy level. Key responsibilities include identifying prospective occupiers, preparing property information, participating in viewings, contributing to lease documentation, and maintaining positive relationships with both tenants and landlords. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to consultancy work for landlords looking for leasing strategy advice.
You will be part of a team advising landlords on occupier trends in an evolving and competitive market, with exposure to innovative design, placemaking, and sustainability-led leasing strategies. By contributing to the team's market presence and client delivery, you will help strengthen our position for future leasing instructions.

Key Responsibilities
A willingness to learn and understand the Riyadh (change to KSA?) office agency market, with opportunities to work with the wider global business
Develop an understanding of the business and of the commercial real estate sector
Support the team within agreed guidelines to help achieve business targets

Research accurately and present market data to a professional standard

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
MRICS or on APC pathway preferable, or alternative real estate professional qualification
Bachelor's degree minimum
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace and desire for career progression
Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills
Desire to have some involvement in lettings, disposals, or advisory work
Interest in business development and networking
Existing client network not essential but would be advantageous
Exposure to working with tenants, landlords, or flex space operators (preferred but not essential)
Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market including current rents, trends, and incentives
Ability to support senior colleagues in drafting Heads of Terms and engagement documents
Willingness to learn how to navigate the commercial elements of leases and understand key clauses that impact lease and investment value
Exposure to client reporting and providing verbal or written updates (desirable)
Ability and enthusiasm to make and maintain business contacts
