Surveyor
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and levels.
- Collect and analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plats, and reports.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, including field notes, calculations, and drawings.
- Interpret legal documents, such as deeds and plats, to establish property boundaries.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
- Provide expert advice on land surveying and related issues to clients and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain surveying equipment.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior surveyors.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Surveyor.
- Proven experience in conducting a wide range of land surveys.
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques.
- Proficiency in using surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
