Surveyor (With 5 Years' Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor with a minimum of five years' hands-on experience in land, construction, or engineering surveying. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities, excellent fieldwork skills, and the ability to deliver accurate measurements and survey data to support project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using total station, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment. Interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and specifications. Establish control points and benchmarks for site development and construction activities. Perform precise measurements, data collection, and field computations. Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, sketches, and documentation. Process survey data using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Trimble Business Center). Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and contractors. Ensure survey activities comply with project requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols. Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve site-level issues. Monitor progress and verify the accuracy of completed work.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field. Minimum 5 years' professional experience in land or construction surveying. Strong proficiency with total station, GPS/GNSS systems, levels, and laser scanning tools. Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or related surveying software. Good knowledge of surveying principles, coordinate systems, and data processing. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in teams under varying site conditions. Good communication and report-writing skills. Valid surveyor license/certification .
