Job description
This position is responsible for supervising a crew of 10-20 maintenance personnel, journeymen, and head custodian/plant managers, through the principal, engaged in the maintenance and operation of buildings, building equipment and grounds. Their primary duties are to spend a major portion of their time communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees, planning and directing their work and tracking the work orders through completion.
Required qualifications, skills and experience High School Diploma Four years of experience in building maintenance and repair work Ability to perform job tasks CDL - Class B license Appropriate licenses and certificates according to SREF and/or state statutes may be applicable.
Minimum salary / rate $62,024
