Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the IIQAF team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate logistics for IIQAF events, workshops, and training programs.
Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other documents
Respond to member inquiries and provide prompt and efficient customer service.
Work closely with the Finance and Quality Assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
