We started in Italy together with our partners and we are now almost all over the world. Our applications, used in over 150 countries worldwide, especially in Europe, the Middle East, and America, help customers to have their communications easier and more efficient.
In January 2015 we opened the Middle East subsidiary located in Dubai to focus on the Middle East market, with an active set of channel partners and customers already working with us.
In 2020, we enlarged our market opening a brand new subsidiary in King Saudi of Arabia, precisely in Riyadh.
It\'s a terrific opportunity we want to address the fastest and smartest way possible.
That\'s why we keep investing to build a strong local team for sales, services, and technical support. Currently, the team includes twelve people between Dubai and Ryadh, eager to grow strong and fast.
Today we are looking for Support Engineer, a strong tech passionate to join our Team, motivated, with willing to make an impact in our customers\xe2\x80\x99 lives.

What you will do in Imagicle
  • Providing high-quality technical support for the Imagicle UCX Suite;
  • Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development team to resolve more advanced issues, if needed;
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention;
  • Documenting problem resolution steps;
  • Participating in providing training to customers when required.
Required skills
  • Knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals. CCNA a plus;
  • Experience with Voice Over IP business platforms (Cisco, Microsoft, Asterisk or others);
  • Knowledge of HTML and SQL a plus;
  • Arabic native speaker (mandatory);
  • English proficiency (spoken/written);
  • The availability to cover the night shift for the APJC project.
