Coordinate with company personnel to build and maintain business relationships with customers by providing timely, accurate service to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle daily requests from existing customers: quotations, product registration, demand forecasting, order processing, delivery schedules, payments, quality complaints, sample support, contracts, material declarations, product changes/discontinuations... through the company system.
Update/analyze customer needs and monitor market/technology trends.
Increase company market share based on customer requirements and expectations.
Periodic reports to Leader and Manager.
Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

College graduate.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Support or B2B Customer Support position in manufacturing or trading company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Good communication, mature, able to persuade and influence others.
Logical, systematic thinking.
