• Grow with us as Supply Planning Lead as you ensure above target service of supply to all our customers across the MENAT & ROA regions covering one of our imported categories.
• MENAT & ROA regions import products from all around the world (total of 10 plants)
• In this role, you will also own the successful execution of initiatives from an on time delivery of supply across the region.
• The role will also work with the regional/global sourcing teams to ensure on time in full stocks deliveries and shipments

Responsibilities:

• Owns the service KPI for imported products across the MENAT & ROA regions covering one of our imported categories and ensure all our customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders are fulfilled on time and in full
• To business partner with MENAT & ROA SC teams (integrated planners, logistics and customer support) to ensure adequate and timely supply from sources to support sales.
• Lead the end to end supply planning of one of our imported categories across the region including initiatives.
• Work with regional/global sourcing teams to ensure on time in full stocks deliveries
• Ensuring strong processes are in place to minimize MENAT owned SKUs NPIs at source
• Lead the weekly supply calls with each sourcing unit you cover

Requirements:

• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and knowledge in supply chain with particular focus on regional/global sourcing.
• Experience in managing supply chain initiatives from a timely service point of view
• In depth understanding of the main regions of MENAT business, customer needs and competitive landscape
• Ability to assimilate multiple sources of data and deliver insight and recommendations
