Full timeYour responsibilities and tasks:
- Request quotation to GEA Intercompany supplier & 3rd party(outside GEA) material supplier for all related LPT service requirement.
- Service ticket generation
- Prepare sales quotations, cost estimates and calculations, technical clarifications for LPT service(parts, repair & service) and maintenance of service sales data.
- PO preparation & order placement for both IC & 3rd party suppliers.
- Coordinating with factories, Product Groups and Application centres.
- Commercial order management(approvals, planning, tracking, Letter of credit)
- Reviewing sales contracts, terms and conditions and supporting the service sales team for their finalization
- Supporting the Service sales team in day-to-day business requirements.
- ERP system administration(SAP-PGS, CRM/C4C)
- Executing logistic activities(shipment, tracking, preparation of related customs documents) for Complete LPT service orders(parts, repair & service)
- Maintaining customer & supplier database by inputting customer profile and updates.
- Providing reports based on management\xe2\x80\x99s or Sales Team\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
- Assist account/finance dept to ensure payment/receivable collection.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Any University Degree
- Experience in managing and coordination in global organization
- Must have knowledge in LC
- Should have experience in SAP or any other ERP systems
- Fluent in English
- Ability to adapt to international and culturally diverse teams
