The Position

Roche Diagnostics Morocco is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join the team. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and has variety of responsibilities with a main goal to operate with the team and networks to provide a superior end-to-end customer experience.

Main responsibilities: -Performs a range of assignments related to Supply Chain. -Responsible for the timely availability of products in the warehouse -Responsible for the preparation and accuracy of the Supply Plan (based on the forecast input and statistical methods). -Initiates and operates escalation processes regarding planning issues (supply and demand planning). -In charge of accuracy and continuous adjustment of master data (MRP) and is responsible for congestion management, allocations, batch reservations and avoid of impacts within the entire logistics chain. -Performs product-specific communication with interface partners -In charge of third party vendors from order to delivery -Communicates with clients to: Take Orders / Resolve Issues / Provides Transparency -Leads the clearance process in alignment with the clearing agent, -Organizes the correct documents, -Organizes the payments to customs and clearing agents, -Prepares the necessary internal files and documents to fulfill these procedures -Participates in cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. -Supports business execution of new projects to help develop the efficiency of Supply Chain

Requirements: -Facilities maintenance planning in a Pharmaceutical or similar environment with practical understanding of facilities maintenance and repair requirements. -Excellent organizational and prioritization skills -Ability to work with minimal supervision. -Strong focus on client support. -Prepared to take on any required role within the supply chain department. -Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, technical and organizational skills. BS or BA degree in a related field or equivalent experience desired.
