Request quotation to GEA Intercompany supplier & 3rd party(outside GEA) material supplier for all related LPT service requirement.
Service ticket generation
Prepare sales quotations, cost estimates and calculations, technical clarifications for LPT service(parts, repair & service) and maintenance of service sales data.
PO preparation & order placement for both IC & 3rd party suppliers.
Coordinating with factories, Product Groups and Application centres.
Commercial order management(approvals, planning, tracking, Letter of credit)
Reviewing sales contracts, terms and conditions and supporting the service sales team for their finalization
Supporting the Service sales team in day-to-day business requirements.
ERP system administration(SAP-PGS, CRM/C4C)
Executing logistic activities(shipment, tracking, preparation of related customs documents) for Complete LPT service orders(parts, repair & service)
Maintaining customer & supplier database by inputting customer profile and updates.
Providing reports based on management\xe2\x80\x99s or Sales Team\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Assist account/finance dept to ensure payment/receivable collection.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Any University Degree
Experience in managing and coordination in global organization
Must have knowledge in LC
Should have experience in SAP or any other ERP systems
Fluent in English
Ability to adapt to international and culturally diverse teams
