We are Dodo Brands - create and develop technological fast food brands through franchising. We have two major projects: Dodo Pizza, Drinkit coffee shops. We have over 1000 locations and more than 30,000 employees in 24 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia.

We're not just launching pizzas. Technology goes through every process: we have digitalysed every process and made our business smart, so we can grow quickly while maintaining high quality.

We have already launched 10+ pizzerias and we're just getting started -- to keep up our pace and maintain product quality we need to boost our procurement and packaging processes.

We are looking for an energetic Supply Chain manager to join our team to ensure this goals and meet the highest standards.

*Vacancy suggests a hybrid format with direct accommodation in Dubai.

Skill-set we expect:

At least 3 years of experience in procurement and supply management; Solid understanding of the UAE local HoReCa market - 2+ years of experience; Experience managing projects in cross-functional teams; Strong negotiation skills; Analytical approach to decision-making; Basic experience in tendering; Results-oriented, proactive and flexibility mindset; Fluent level of English is essential.

Day-to-day tasks:

Supply management: planning, stock control, keeping track of inventory, exploring new resources; Development of long-term and successful relationships with suppliers; Success negotiations; Collaboration with the R&D, product, marketing teams and franchise partners; Handling different BI analytics tools, planning CAPEX and OPEX, analyzing unit economics; Leading the launch of new core products and alternative ingredients; Support in the new packaging development process and sourcing new solutions.
