Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Check requested items availability and make sure the provided specification accurate and completed.
• Working with procurement team and technical team on coming items and start prepare the sourcing vendors.
• Sourcing suppliers for power plan projects spare parts and consumables including (simply and combine cycle) and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
• Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
• Coordinate with Execution to evaluate the technical part of suppliers' proposals (scope of work, BOQ, specifications, schedule, logistics and manpower).
• Prepare Contract and Agreement with award suppliers.
• Provide assistance for maintaining logistics plan and track shipments across multiple channels
• Track shipments across different channels.
• Analyse areas of corporate logistics so as to find out the most cost-effective means or method of transporting supplies.
• Plan, direct, or coordinate the transportation, storage, or distribution of goods.
• Establish priorities, track assignments, and ensure availability of resource.
• Work with loading and warehouse personnel to ensure shipments and cost targets are met.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Two plus years of experience in Procurement in power plans industry.
• Technical background in control units and/or electrical items.
• Procurement world wild recognition certificate (preferable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
