Job Description

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Data Specialist is responsible for collecting, processing, managing, and analyzing data to support business operations and decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in systems or databases

Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and data entry systems with a high level of accuracy

Assist in data analysis

Collaborate with other departments to support their data needs

Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and assist with stock reconciliations.

Support material transfers processes.

Support system upgrades and data migration projects if any

Recommend process improvements based on data trends and insights

Generate supply chain reports and summaries as needed (stock levels, sales report, stock aging, fulfilment ratio, supplier delivery rate, Retail and Service Brand Rollout & cash return analysis)

Liaise with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, branches) to resolve supply issues.

Train staff on data tools and reporting best practices, if needed

We are looking for candidates who are available to join immediately. Preferably, we are looking for someone with:

Strong analytical skills Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VlookUp) High attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
