Job Description

The Position

Act as User requirement lead on Warehouse project implementation -Responsible for project execution conformance with approved scope and objectives -Establishes the business case for the project -Develops, reviews and approves the user requirement brief (URB), which defines the scope and requirements for the project -Establishes, together with the project manager (PM), the prioritized project objectives -Establishes, together with the PM, the Project Organization -Signs-off the Transition Plan/Handover plan of the new facility to the user -Verifies/confirms process requirements, production information and impacts. -Reviews concepts and design documents -Reviews and approves critical design deliverables -Supports PM to resolve critical issues in the project -Resolves issues and approves the URS documents -Takes over the project at Handover and confirms conformance to URB

Support the Supply manager on WH activities -Supports on process implementation and organisational optimisation -Supports on Information system implementation and improvement -Ensures procedures are in place

Support in the implementation of the KPI Dashboard -Calculate the KPI's for Supply Chain -Put in place a dashboard for the other departments (Finance / Regulatory / Supply Chain)

Lead in finalization of all internal Supply Chain Processes

Education / Experience -Bac + 5 -5 years + experience in Logistics / Supply chain / Quality or similar position -Strong experience in project management -Professional experience in Diagnostics -Business level fluency in French and English -Knowledge in SAP preferred Required competencies -Ability to lead a project, drive process improvements and set the priorities -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work with different stakeholders -Agile mindset
