About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Supply Chain & Operations Manager
to lead the development and execution of our end-to-end physical operations. This role is critical in scaling our logistics infrastructure and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our supply chain.
You will be responsible for building a high-performing logistics network, managing key operational partners, designing scalable systems and processes, and enabling cross-border logistics for e-commerce.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that requires a mix of operational excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic logistics partners (3PLs, freight forwarders, last-mile carriers, customs brokers).
Negotiate service agreements and SLAs to ensure cost-efficiency and top-tier performance.
Implement a robust performance management framework using data and KPIs.
Process Design & Systems Optimization
Design and document SOPs for inbound, inventory, outbound, and returns operations.
Own and enhance the operational technology stack, including WMS and related tools.
Develop documentation for external partners and clients to ensure streamlined onboarding and integration.
Cross-Border & E-commerce Logistics
Develop the framework for cross-border logistics: customs compliance, landed cost calculation, and carrier strategy.
Implement efficient reverse logistics programs tailored to e-commerce returns.
Stay ahead of e-commerce fulfillment trends to build innovative, scalable solutions.
Commercial Support & Strategic Growth
Support the commercial team with operational insights during client acquisition and solution design.
Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities for new services and strategic partnerships.
Act as the operational voice in high-value client discussions and solution development.
Requirements
3-5 years
of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (preferably in e-commerce or tech-driven environments).
Strong understanding of inventory planning, logistics networks, and warehouse management.
Highly analytical with proficiency in
SQL

Excel
, and
BI tools
.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
Master's degree
in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
