Who you are
You are a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain & Operations Executive professional who thrives in fast-moving environments. You are comfortable juggling store-level demand, warehouse stock, and production coordination. You take ownership, communicate clearly with sales and production teams, and ensure inventory is always aligned with business needs.
Skills & Competencies:

  • Stock level monitoring across stores and warehouse
  • Weekly replenishment planning and execution
  • Coordination with sales, production, factory, and vendors
  • Shortage identification and timely intimation
  • ERP proficiency for inventory management
  • Strong Excel skills for tracking, forecasting, reporting
  • High ownership, fast execution, problem-solving
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory, or operations roles
  • Experience in Fashion, Manufacturing, or E-commerce environments is highly preferred
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
  • UAE experience is an advantage
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability across retail stores and the warehouse while supporting production planning and vendor coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, enabling smooth sales operations, and supporting timely production and replenishment decisions.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all stores and the central warehouse
  • Prepare and execute weekly replenishment plans based on sales data and stock movement
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams to understand demand and priority items
  • Identify potential stock shortages and proactively inform the production department
  • Prepare and maintain replenishment trackers and production planning trackers
  • Coordinate with factories and outsource vendors to support timely production and delivery
  • Update the ERP system with product creation, stock movements, and inventory adjustments
  • Ensure inventory data accuracy between physical stock and system records
  • Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation activities
  • Assist management with inventory-related reports and analysis
  • Identify process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and stock visibility
