Responsibilities:Vendor & Supplier Management Lead and oversee vendor onboarding processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely completion of all documentation and risk assessments.Maintain and continuously improve the central repository for supplier contracts, SLAs, risk evaluations, and compliance trackers.Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations, scorecard reviews, and service quality assessments.Governance, Compliance & Risk Support the enhancement of vendor governance frameworks, procurement policies, and risk mitigation procedures.Independently manage due diligence processes by coordinating with internal stakeholders (IT/Tech, Compliance, Legal, InfoSec, Operations).Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, audit requirements, and internal controls related to vendors and supply chain processes.Operational & Strategic Support Track and manage contract renewals, expiry dates, and SLA performance, escalating issues proactively to leadership.Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision making.Lead coordination of vendor review meetings, including agenda planning, documentation of minutes, follow-up actions, and performance summaries.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and governance maturity.Procurement & Process Management Support strategic procurement activities such as Vendor Selection process ; supplier evaluations, RFP/RFQ processes, and negotiations.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.5-6 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, procurement, vendor management, or governance--preferably in fintech, financial services, or techdriven environments.Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, vendor governance practices, and procurement workflows.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and other reporting/analytical tools.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate autonomously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate across functions.Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement orientation.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.
