Supply Chain Officer

Job Description
As a Supply Chain Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services throughout the organization. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to logistics and distribution.

- Collaborate with various departments to identify their supply needs and develop procurement plans accordingly
- Maintain and update records of all purchased products and materials
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster positive partnerships
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
- Monitor and track delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and changes in pricing and availability of products
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Sharia-compliance requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the financial industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Sharia-compliant principles and practices is preferred
