Job Description
At IIQAF, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Supply Chain Officer to join our team and help us optimize our operations. As the Supply Chain Officer, you will be in charge of monitoring our entire supply chain and inventory to ensure that all items are delivered on time and according to our company\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
You will also be responsible for coordinating and regulating stock movement between our branches and collaborating with vendors on any discrepancies in terms of pricing and availability. In order to be successful in this position, you should be highly organized and possess a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of supply chain principles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze existing supply chain processes, and identify areas of improvement
- Facilitate communication between branches and vendors
- Work with sales and operations teams to determine optimal inventory levels
- Negotiate item pricing and payments with vendors
- Establish inventory control policies and procedures, and monitor compliance
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of items
- Create and maintain accurate vendor records
- Monitor and assess the performance of vendors
- Prepare reports on supply chain processes for management
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Officer
- Proficient in MS Office and good understanding of ERP systems
- Outstanding problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
