We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Officer to join IIQAF\xe2\x80\x99s team. The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for overseeing IIQAF\xe2\x80\x99s supply chain management processes and systems. You will be responsible for designing and implementing purchasing plans for material and services, maintaining efficient forecasting and stock control initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical and organizational skills, experience in working with teams inside and outside the organization, and have a track record of achieving high-level results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and review procurement strategies and policies.
Establish and maintain a reliable network of quality vendors.
Monitor the spend of all products and services to ensure it is within the budget.
Ensure delivery of goods and materials on time and at optimal cost.
Develop and implement supply chain management policies and procedures.
Oversee inventory control, monitoring demand, and forecasting supply.
Handle contract negotiations with suppliers.
Monitor contracts and taxes.
Resolve any supplier and delivery problems.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure quality services.
Stay up-to-date with industry legislation and international regulations.
Prepare and submit documentation for management approval.
Monitor stock levels and order new supplies to meet demand.
Engage with stakeholders in the organization to ensure that there is visibility in the supply chain process.
Utilize ERP systems to manage all inventory and purchase orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
3 years of experience in supply chain management
Knowledge of supply chain best practices, trends, and technologies
Proficient in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Exceptional diplomatic and negotiation skills
Effective communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized during high-pressure situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
