IIQAF is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Officer to join our team and manage our supply chain operations. The Supply Chain Officer will implement new strategic initiatives, develop processes, and ensure the efficient functioning of the supply chain network.
Responsibilities
Create and execute supply chain plans that optimize delivery, cost, and quality objectives
Develop plans and strategies for efficient management of supply base
Coordinate with internal staff, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products
Monitor inventory levels and schedule suppliers to meet production demands
Negotiate contractual terms and pricing with suppliers
Review current processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement
Develop and implement operational strategies to manage cost, inventory, delivery, and quality objectives
Ensure proper safeguarding and tracking of inventory
Analyze data to identify trends and anticipate challenges
Remain current on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, and logistics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with supply chain management processes and best practices
Advanced Excel and technology skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
