Job Description

Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process of retail and marketplace.
  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
  • Establish optimal inventory levels by utilizing forecasting or historical demands.
  • Ensure quality control of materials purchased.
  • Manage adjustments to product costs based on changes in exchange rates.
  • Support Sales and Marketing functions in establishing product pricing strategies.
  • Perform supply chain-new vendor qualification/second sourcing.
  • Establish a sound relationship with suppliers and customers.
  • Perform periodic site audits of key suppliers.
  • Review and assign materials ranking for active SKUs.
  • Direct cycle count program and annual physical inventory process.
  • Perform cycle counts as required to support the accuracy of on-hand inventory.
  • Monitor department expenditures to ensure adherence to the operating budget.
  • Assist in budgeting by providing prompt input and data.
  • Minimize overall inventory value while maintaining on-time delivery to customers.
  • Perform logistics coordination and source the most cost-effective shipping/receiving.
  • Optimize inventory and supply chain activities and documentation for productivity.
