About The Role Our position of Supply Chain Manager, based in Casablanca, Morocco. Supply Chain Manager is responsible for an efficient and productive supply chain flow by developing and maintaining an optimal daily service level. He/She supports operations management in their improving productivity, maintaining quality standards and meeting the customers' demand goals.

Key Responsibilities Include Stimulate and guide teams to work on continuous improvement, solving problems, provide guidelines, help to prioritize etc. Working together and creating synergies with all departments in the plant like operations, customer care, sales etc. Provide leadership and guidance to create a lean thinking workforce within the factory Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products Build and maintain a cooperative strategy with operations management Establish, improve and sustain a dedicated improvement process capturing small and medium job related improvements Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and distributors Controls costs and ensures efficiency, from the point of origin of raw materials or components, through the manufacturing process and delivery to the consumer Develop and propose related projects and planning activities and facilitate the implementation of approved projects Ensure achievement of annual budget Maintain and strengthen safety culture in supply chain department Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are implemented, maintained and enforced Lead, develop and coach the supply chain department in order to achieve maximum process efficiency and productivity

About You Min Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Technical or Supply Chain Management At least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing and leadership experience (preferably in Food) Knowledge and experience with Lean way of working ERP systems, preferably SAP knowledge Fluent in French and English both written and oral
